🌟 The Role

• Work in a welcoming, 3 - 4 year old sessional kindergarten environment 🧒🏽👧🏼
• Permanent part-time role – 5 days a week for great work-life balance 💼⚖️
• 6.25 hours per day (31.25 hours per week) ⏰
• Paid under the respected VECTEA award rates 💰

📚 About The Role

• Support the development of programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) 📖
• Use intentional teaching strategies to scaffold children's learning and help them achieve developmental goals 🎯
• Document daily observations to support each child’s individual learning plan 📝\
• Apply a sound understanding of different learning approaches to support children with additional needs 🌈
• Implement a play-based approach aligned with children’s strengths, interests, and abilities 🧩
• Be attentive to each child’s well-being, emotional needs, comfort, and development 💕🛋️

✅ Essential Qualifications

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent (ACECQA approved) 🎓
• Working with Children Check (WWCC) 👁️
• Clear National Police Check 🕵️‍♀️
• Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and CPR Certificate
• Food Safety Certificate 🍎
• Mandatory Reporting & Other Obligations Certificate 📑
